We knew from personal experience that the recruitment industry was inflexible and offered poor value for money. So we decided to shake things up...

Our first point of difference? We only employed people who were experienced IT recruiters. That way, we could skip the guesswork and employ people who really understood the marketplace and all its relevant technologies. For us, that’s an absolute prerequisite to deliver a superior service to our clients. And together our group now boasts over 75 years’ specialist recruitment experience.

Our second step? We wanted to escape the faceless operations of modern day recruitment.  We meet all of our clients in person before we begin any work for them. Even with all the wonders of modern technology, there’s no replacement for face-to-face communication.
